What a fun morning.

Mondy morning I was at the shelter to photograph the fur babies. and oh man I mean babies! There were so many young kittens ready to find their forever homes!!

I've said for years that some of my best days are when I have a studio full of kittens. Well we weren't at the studio but it was so fun to play with so many beautiful, curious, and energetic kittens.

Of course I also got to play with the older kitties waiting to meet you.

Loopy

is a delight. He was so happy... the little guy is a purr machine. He wanted to be held and climb on my shoulders. Can't really photograph him when he's up there but what a pleasure getting to know him.

The litter with the smallest fur babies

Cosmos, Daffodil, Zephyr, Snapdragon & Buttercup

These guys are so small they'd fit in the palm of your hand. They are small but mighty and fearless.

Every one gets a name starting with "P"

Parker, Phoebe, Penelope, Peyton, Preston

This group was all snuggled up together until lunch arrived. :) Then they got to come out for their glamour shots. Can you say Cheese?

The biggest litter had 7 kittens!! & Mom

Mom Cinnamon

is so patient and sweet. She'd have to be to have 7 energetic kittens.

The Spice babies: Anise, Parsley, Cumin, Peper, Ginger, Clove & Rosemary

were having a ball playing with their toys and watching all the other kitties get their glamour shots. When it came their turn the strutted their kitty stuff and give me their best side.

These guys were a little more introverted. They must have been planning their next beautiful masterpiece.
